Group Therapeutic Art Sessions

Creativity, reflection, and connection

These group sessions are built around shared creative exploration. They’re focused on slowing down and connecting with ourselves and others through the process of making.

I offer bespoke groups for organisations – from parents and carers, to arts and culture staff, healthcare workers, or people navigating change or loss. The groups are trauma-informed and inclusive. No art skills required.

Sessions can be one off, weekly, monthly, or short-term blocks. Each one includes a guided creative prompt, space for making, and gentle reflective time together. Materials are always provided.

Examples:

  • Creative Wellbeing for NHS staff
  • Therapeutic Art for Parents and Babies
  • Creative Wellbeing for Neurodivergent Young People
